Keeps food hot for 6-8 hours or cold for 12 hours. The capacity of the transparent upper container is 200 ml. The capacity of the lower container is 500 ml. Made from durable material and the exterior of the lunch box stays cool and dry. Hand washing is recommended. The plastic parts of the lid can be put in the dishwasher.
