For Personalised Lanyards

DTF (Direct to Film) is a process in which the image is printed on a specific film, which is transferred to the product using heat from a thermal press. It is printed with special inks and coated with an adhesive powder which, when heated, fixes the image to the fabric.

Screen printing transfer is a customisation process in which the artwork is first printed onto a special substrate using screen printing and then transferred onto the item using heat and pressure. Ideal for fabrics and textile surfaces, it offers vibrant colours, good wash resistance and excellent detail definition.

Sublimation printing uses inkjet printers with specialised inks designed for printing on specific substrates. When subjected to the correct thermal pressure, these inks transfer the ink—which forms the image—from a gaseous to a solid state once cooled. This technique is suitable for surfaces suitable for sublimation, ranging from textiles and mouse mats to porcelain. It prints in four-colour process.
